…we don’t like the aging version of ourselves.
We keep our younger photos as a benchmark for what we’d like to look like, even though we no longer do.
My advice, keep headshots updated, and you’ll never miss the younger you. Well, maybe not as much.
Gradual changes, when updated regularly, aren’t as jarring or noticeable, particularly in business.
Get a new professional headshot regularly. Not a selfie, not one cut out from a late-night party (like the two younger selves of me), a PROFESSIONAL headshot.
